KTM RC 125 HIGHLIGHT
KTM has commenced deliveries of the RC 125 and the waiting period for major cities have also been revealed. Head hear for more details regarding the waiting period in major Indians cities. The motorcycle was launched a few week ago at Rs 1.47 lakh. This make it Rs 17,000 more expensive than the 125 Duke with which its share its engine.
The RC125 has the same bodywork as the larger RC 200. Its, however, gets a orange and black paintjob. Its powerplant is similar to the India-spec KTM Duke 125. The liquid cooled single delivers 14.5PS at 9250rpm and 12Nm at 8000rpm. It comes paired with a 6-speed transmission. The bike gets the same trellis frame and suspension as the KTM RC 200. suspension setup includes upside down forks and rear monoshock. Braking is via a 300mm front and rear disc. like the RC200 and 125 gets single channel ABS.
Its primary rival will be yamaha YZF-R15 version 3.0.
